| Détails: | The ANNUAL ZONE H (Southwest British Columbia) MEETING / Swap Meet. At this time I would ask the zone clubs and /or members to submit any of their recommendations or resolutions with supporting rationale to myself and Linda at head office BEFORE August 6th 2019. Also it is the time to submit for awards such as leader member. I am Letting my Name stand for the Zone Director Election. B.C. Coastal Annual Zone Meeting / Swap Meet This year we will be running the Zone Swap Meet before the Annual Zone Meeting (AZM.) The Hall will be open at 10:00 AM for the Swap Meet, which will run until 12:00 PM. There will be no Swap Meet Activity going on during the Annual Zone Meeting! If you do not wish to stay for the meeting you must remove your items before 12:00 PM. There will be "NO" Swap Meet after the meeting! There is no charge for tables for this event, all I ask is that everyone help with the table and chair setup before the Swap Meet and AZM and to help put everything away and cleanup afterwards. The 2019 BC Coastal (H) Annual Zone Meeting will be held at the Sullivan Hall on Sunday September 15, 2019 at 12:00 PM Sharp. Registration for the AZM will start at 11:00 Noon and close at approximately 11:55 PM. If you have proxies please give them to the guys registering you in as early as possible. The Sullivan Hall is located at 6306-152nd Street Surrey, B.C. As usual Coffee and Donuts will be provided. |
