The MAAC Sailplane Committee promotes the development of electric and unmotorized RC sailplane modeling through education and competitions, locally, nationally and internationally.
Our RC sailplanes include slope soaring, hand-launch (F3K), winch-launch (F3J, TD) and electric launch (F5J, ALES).
The MAAC R/C Sailplane Committee provides leadership, competition guidelines, communication, representation, and recognition of the competition soaring leagues.
