Dear MAAC Members,
Greetings from Burlington, Ontario!
February 23rd and 24th, at the Burlington Ontario MAAC Headquarters, our executive team is convening for an important meeting. It's heartening to be here, especially considering the warmer climate compared to Newfoundland.
During our discussions, we’ve though on MAAC's remarkable 75-year journey, symbolized by the illustrious history represented within these walls and exemplified by all we have on display.
Allow me to share some key updates from our discussions:
1. Annual General Meeting (AGM):
Date: June 2
Location: Saskatoon
Format: Hybrid (In-person and Online)
This inclusive format ensures participation for all members, irrespective of their location. For those unable to attend physically, proxy options will be available.
2. 75th Anniversary Celebrations:
We are thrilled to celebrate MAC's 75th anniversary with a special Fun Fly event in Saskatoon on June 1. This promises to be a memorable occasion for all members to join and commemorate our collective achievements.
3. Anniversary Commemorations:
Towards the year's end, we will release a ‘’special anniversary’’ issue of the MAC magazine, highlighting our journey and achievements.
Introducing the 75th anniversary logo, which will be available as decals for your planes and on various apparel. Stay tuned for the rollout of these commemorative items.
4. Visibility of the 75th Anniversary logo:
You'll start noticing the 75th anniversary logo appearing on our website, in videos, and across different communication channels, symbolizing our shared commitment to the MAAC community.
This year holds immense significance for all of us. Let's celebrate our legacy, cherish our accomplishments, and reaffirm our dedication to keeping the spirit of MAAC alive and soaring.

Je vous salue depuis Burlington, Ontario !
Les 23 et 24 février, au siège social de la MAAC à Burlington, Ontario, notre comité exécutif se réunit pour une réunion importante. C'est réconfortant d'être ici, surtout en considérant le climat plus chaud par rapport à Terre-Neuve.
Au cours de nos discussions, nous avons réfléchi au remarquable parcours des 75 ans de MAAC, symbolisé par l'illustre histoire représentée dans ces murs et exemplifié par tout ce que nous y exposons.
Permettez-moi de partager quelques mises à jour importantes de nos discussions :
1. Assemblée Générale Annuelle (AGA) :
Date : 2 juin
Lieu : Saskatoon
Format : Hybride (en personne et en ligne)
Ce format inclusif garantit la participation de tous les membres, indépendamment de leur emplacement. Pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas être présents physiquement, des options de procuration seront disponibles.
2. Célébrations du 75e anniversaire :
Nous sommes ravis de célébrer le 75e anniversaire de la MAAC avec un événement spécial. Un ‘’Fun Fly’’ à Saskatoon le 1er juin. Cela promet d'être une occasion mémorable pour tous les membres de se joindre et de commémorer nos réalisations collectives.

Vers la fin de l'année, nous publierons un numéro ‘’spécial anniversaire’’ du magazine MAAC, mettant en lumière notre parcours et nos réalisations.
L’introduction du logo du 75e anniversaire, qui sera disponible sous forme de décalcomanies pour vos avions et sur divers vêtements. Restez à l'écoute pour le déploiement de ces articles commémoratifs.
4. Visibilité du logo du 75e anniversaire :
Vous commencerez à remarquer le logo du 75e anniversaire apparaissant sur notre site Web, dans des vidéos et à travers différents canaux de communication, symbolisant notre engagement commun envers la communauté MAAC.
Cette année revêt une importance immense pour nous tous. Célébrons notre héritage, chérissons nos réalisations et réaffirmons notre dévouement à maintenir l'esprit de MAAC vivant et en plein essor.
